L.E.A.P. (Leadership Enrichment & Advancement Program) is Bluegrass REALTORS®' premier leadership development experience created to identify, educate, and empower emerging and established leaders within our Association and the real estate industry.

Designed for REALTORS® who are passionate about making a difference, L.E.A.P. provides participants with the knowledge, relationships, and confidence to become influential leaders in their businesses, communities, and the REALTOR® organization.

Whether your goal is to serve on a committee, pursue elected leadership, strengthen your business leadership skills, or simply become a more effective professional, L.E.A.P. will help you reach the next level.

Application Deadline: October 31

Tuition: $199 and includes all training, speakers/instructors, meals, events, overnight stays and instructional materials. Any additional costs, such as transportation, will be the responsibility of the participant.
