Established in 2023, with the support of REACH, the startup scale-up programs run by Second Century Ventures, the strategic venture arm of the National Association of Realtors®, REACH Labs of the Bluegrass' mission is to discover and evaluate promising new tech companies from the local region and beyond; develop these companies by connecting them to Realtor® members and industry influencers to hone their offerings and keep the Realtor® at the center of cutting edge technology and innovation.

Join us for an exciting session to hear directly from a handful of startups about their cutting-edge solutions that benefit Realtors. You will be introduced to tools and solutions that benefit the real estate community, expand your network and be part of the conversation to help shape emerging technology. There will be up to four companies presenting break through concepts and services - to be announced soon.

• Become an Tech Scout. Are you well-connected with the local startup scene? Are you savvy with search and enjoy finding great startups? Keep an eye out for companies you think will be the next movers and shakers in the real estate industry, and send them our way.

• Refer a company to the program. Heard or know about a great tech company you want to share (or are you one)? REACH Labs is your point of entry and the best way to connect with Realtors®. Labs serve as a framework for you to showcase technology and innovative solutions that benefit the real estate community. We are actively looking for startups, both PropTech, FinTech, REtech, or CREtech focused and generalist, who can help Realtor® members be more effective and efficient. Fill out this form and let us know! This could help a company get noticed by over 4,200 real estate pros in one of the hottest markets in the nation and possibly allow the company to pitch products/services LIVE with Bluegrass Realtors® at an upcoming Innovation Showcase!

• Attend an Innovation Showcase event. This live and in-person (and live-streamed) series gives you a front-row seat to weigh in on rapid-fire pitches from rising startups. Give in-the-moment feedback and connect directly with your favorite companies to discuss potential partnerships or investment opportunities.

What is REACH Labs?

REACH Labs is a local extension of the National Association of REALTORS® REACH program. In 2023, Bluegrass Realtors® was chosen by NAR a to develop and pilot a local extension of NAR REACH. REACH labs acts as an opportunity for the Association to bring national attention to local startups.

What's in it for tech startups?

Tech startups that are selected for REACH Labs get the opportunity to show NAR and its members the value they they provide to the industry.

Why should I be a Scout for REACH Labs?

By representing Bluegrass Realtors® as a REACH Labs scout, you will play a key role in the REACH Labs process. You will use your knowledge and experience to bring forward companies that will make a difference to the industry.

What's in it for Bluegrass REALTORS' members?

REACH Labs allows for members to support local business startups, affect change on a national level, and improve the industry as a whole. Learn about new technology in the real estate industry and be on the cutting edge of the business. 

I'm not an official REACH Labs Scout, can I still refer a company?

Absolutely, all members are encouraged to refer companies that they think fit the REACH Labs program.
