Bluegrass REALTORS® is extending to you the opportunity to become an affiliate member. Our association consists of approximately 4,000 REALTOR® members in 30 counties.

Access to membership lists/rosters. Updated rosters are available at no cost. To access the rosters, please email info@bluegrassrealtors.com.
- Networking with REALTORS®
Attendance at Bluegrass REALTORS® events throughout the year including REALTOR® After Hours, Summer Fair, Installation Dinner, Nominating Dinner, Real Estate Alliance and more.
- ShowingTime Software
Access software that can help streamline business and facilitate cooperation between members.
- Hosting Lunch & Learns
Ability to host Lunch & Learn sessions for REALTOR® members.
- Face to Face Promotion with REALTORS®
Opportunity to get in front of REALTOR® members at education courses and county meetings to promote your product and/or service.
- Free Rental of Classrooms
When available, multiple rooms are available for affiliates to use.
Membership dues are $300 per year, collected annually, January through December. Dues for new members will be pro-rated from the date of acceptance. Additional members may be added to the association’s database for an additional $25 per year, per person.

Sentrilock Information
Any key applications, which require a background check be filed with the association, will not be entitled to privileges until approved by the Bluegrass REALTORS® Board of Directors. *Licensed Home Inspectors are exempt from the background check requirement, as they are licensed by the state and subject to a background check when they renew their Inspection license every two years.
Affiliates have several options to access a lockbox, with or without a key. To learn more about the options available and to see if purchasing a lockbox is right for you, contact the Association directly.
Become A Sponsor
Take your involvement to another level with a sponsorship package. Sponsors benefit from premiere exposure to Bluegrass REALTORS® members. By becoming a sponsor, you will increase your organization's visibility and be viewed by members as a leader in the industry. From face-to-face interaction to repeat coverage in communication outlets and priority exposure to new marketing opportunities, annual sponsors have access to reaching REALTORS® consistently throughout the year. Note: every package includes affiliate membership.
Releases
By submitting this application, and as a member, you consent to receive text and email messages from Bluegrass Realtors at the phone number provided. Please contact help@bluegrassrealtors.com to opt-out of messaging. Additionally, as a member, you release Bluegrass Realtors to use your likeness in any photograph, video or other digital media taken during events and activities held by the Association to be used in any and all publications and media outlets.
