Bluegrass REALTORS®.com Listing Bluegrass REALTORS® website contains all the properties on the MLS. Affiliate member companies are listed under Consumers on the Find an Affiliate page and the area of business in which they work along with their phone numbers, e-mail addresses and web site links. Each affiliate member is also listed with a photo and contact information.
Member Rosters Access to membership lists/rosters. Updated rosters are available at no cost. To access the rosters, please email Emily at info@lbar.com.
Bluegrass REALTORS® Communications Receive bi-weekly newsletters that contain Association updates, industry news, event notifications, education schedules and more. You will also be sent, when necessary, email notifications about upcoming deadlines, education courses and timely Association issues. Note: these will be sent to the email address on file so make sure your email address is correct.
Networking with REALTORS® Attendance at Bluegrass REALTORS® events throughout the year including REALTOR® After Hours, Summer Fair, Installation Dinner, Nominating Dinner, Real Estate Alliance and more.

Hosting Lunch & Learns Ability to host Lunch & Learn sessions for Bluegrass REALTORS®'s REALTOR® members.

Free Rental of Bluegrass REALTORS® Classrooms When available, multiple rooms are available for affiliates to use.
Membership dues are $300 per year, collected annually, January through December. Dues for new members will be pro-rated from the date of acceptance. Additional affiliate names may be added to the main affiliate membership and added to the Bluegrass REALTORS®’s database for an additional $25 per year, per person.

Affiliate members can purchase a Sentrilock eKey for $252/annually (prorated monthly)
NOTE: With initial affiliate and affiliate associate application for a Sentrilock key, affiliate and affiliate associate members must provide the following:
Proof of $250,000 liability insurance, with Bluegrass REALTORS® named as additional insured.
Copy of their government issued photo ID
Background check (updated every year in December). Background checks may be obtained from KY State Police website and you would select the "Employment” category.
The affiliate eKey lease agreement signed by the keyholder and by a principal, partner, or corporate officer of the keyholder’s firm who is also a member of Bluegrass REALTORS®.
Any eKey application, which requires a background check be filed with the association, will not be entitled to eKey privileges until approved by the Bluegrass REALTORS® Board of Directors.
*Licensed Home Inspectors are exempt from the background check requirement, as they are licensed by the state and subject to a background check when they renew their Inspection license every two years.
