All current listings in the MLS market will have voice-enabled capabilities through this arrangement.
Developed by Lundy, Inc., this cutting-edge tool is now available to users through Alexa-enabled devices and the Alexa app. By utilizing standardized fields, the software converts naturally spoken requests into accurate search results, enabling seamless navigation without the need for screens.
The new platform allows consumers - including those with visual impairments, mobility limitations, and other accessibility needs - to search for real estate listings using simple, conversational speech. This innovative service is now accessible to all subscribers of Imagine MLS, as well as their clients and homebuyers in the Bluegrass region. Users can simply say, "Alexa, start Finding Homes," and begin their search for their dream home.

Finding Homes not only enhances accessibility for visually impaired clients but also offers a more intuitive search method for all users who prefer voice commands over traditional data entry. The software leverages advanced Large Language Model technology to assist visually impaired users in efficiently locating property listings. Additionally, the platform is bilingual and works in both English and Spanish.
