Mike Inman was installed as the 2026 president of Bluegrass Realtors®. He is a top producing Realtor® with Coldwell Banker McMahan and has been a member of Bluegrass Realtors® (BGR) for 20 years.
Inman specializes in land, farms and homes in the Central Kentucky area, primarily in Mercer, Anderson and Washington counties. He is very active at the local, state and national levels for the Realtor® Association where he has held several leadership positions including 2022 president of Kentucky Realtors® and chaired committees including two years as chair of the Realtors® Political Action Committee (RPAC) Trustees. He currently serves as a National Association of Realtors® (NAR) Director, is a member of the board of directors for NAR’s Realtors® Relief Foundation and is a member of the NAR Federal Financing and Housing Policy Committee. He also serves on the board of the Kentucky-Indiana Chapter of Realtor® Land Institute (RLI). In 2027, Mike will serve as NAR’s Region 4 Vice-President, covering the states of Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina.
He was named Realtor® of the Year for BGR in 2019 and Kentucky Realtors® in 2023. Inman is a graduate of the Kentucky Realtors® Leadership Academy and in 2021 became the second Realtor® in the state to complete NAR's Leadership Academy.
In 2019, Inman became the first Platinum ‘R’ Major Investor in Kentucky and is a member of NAR’s RPAC Hall of Fame.
Inman is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and holds NAR designations as a Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative and is a Graduate Realtor® Institute designee. He is Commitment to Excellence endorsed and holds numerous certifications, including At Home with Diversity, Digital Marketing Professional, Military Relocation Professional, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and Real Estate Negotiation Expert.
He is active with his local Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Board for Commerce Lexington. He is a former Chair of the Harrodsburg/Mercer County Tourism Commission and serves as Chair of Deacons for his church.
Inman is a 25-year retired veteran of the US Army, having served with the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) in Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm, and is a former Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
