Bluegrass Realtors® is honored to award 10 scholarships at $2,000 each to local high school seniors for the 2026 school year. Scholarship winners completed applications this spring as part of the Association’s Community Education and Outreach Committee’s goal of helping students, and investing in education, across the 38-county jurisdiction. As part of the application, applicants included an essay on the importance of homeownership and what it means to them.
“We are incredibly proud to support these outstanding students as they take the next step in their educational journey,” said Mike Inman, president of Bluegrass Realtors®. “These scholarships represent more than financial assistance - they reflect our commitment to investing in the future leaders, homeowners and professionals who will help strengthen our communities throughout the Bluegrass region. The thoughtfulness and insight demonstrated in this year’s applications gives us great confidence in the next generation.”
Scholarship winners were:
- Landon Bates – Tates Creek High School (Fayette County)
- Eloise Hoskins – Henry Clay High School (Fayette County)
- Weston Lee – Western Hills High School (Franklin County)
- Brody Lykins – Rowan County High School (Rowan County)

Inman continued, “At Bluegrass Realtors®, we believe education and homeownership both create opportunities that can change lives for generations. While only ten students could be selected for scholarships this year, we were inspired by the exceptional group of applicants and their understanding of the value of homeownership. We look forward to continuing this program and helping more Kentucky students pursue their goals in the years ahead.”
Scholarship applications for the upcoming school year will open in late Fall and will close in February 2027. These awards are open to high school seniors in the Association’s 38 counties if they plan to attend a post-secondary institution or trade school program in Kentucky.
