Continuing Education

Class Information

Bluegrass REALTORS® provides a wide selection of KREC approved education courses for members to fulfill all state mandated credits. This includes numerous continuous education (CE), PLE (post-licensing education), designation/certification and Core classes - online, live web and classroom options. Most of the CE and PLE courses are provided to members as part of membership dues. Non-members may take any of these courses for a fee.

Code of Ethics Training Cycles

Below are the cycle dates for the Code of Ethics Training Requirement. Training must be completed at anytime during these established cycles.

Failure to complete training during any cycle will lead to suspension of membership for the January and February immediately following the cycle deadline, with termination of membership starting March 1 after the cycle deadline.

Current Cycle

January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027

Future Cycle

January 1, 2028 to December 31, 2030
