Bluegrass REALTORS® welcomes Somerset-Lake Cumberland Association of Realtors membership to the family! Below are quick links and resources to help you get started and become familiar with the many member benefits offered through the Association.
On Monday, August 16 from 10am - 4pm, come by the SLCR office to meet one-on-one with Bluegrass REALTORS® staff. This is a great opportunity to find out more about your membership and all the details of being an Bluegrass REALTORS® member such as MLS, lockbox, education, networking, leadership, community service and more.
Important tips to consider ASAP:
Enter all active listings into Bluegrass REALTORS® MLS by August 15
Member Dashboard: Logging into Bluegrass REALTORS®.com
To log-in to the dashboard, you will use your MLS ID assigned to you along with your password - for new, and many existing, Bluegrass REALTORS® members, your password is the last 4 digits of your SS#. For some existing Bluegrass REALTORS® members, you may have changed, or asked for your password to be changed.
To log-in to Flex, use lex.MLS ID (example: lex.12345) and lexnow as the password. You will be prompted to change your password after the first time you log-in.
Note: SLCR members can now enter listings into the Bluegrass REALTORS® MLS database. It is encouraged that all current and future listings be entered into the Bluegrass REALTORS® MLS. Starting August 15, all listings must be entered into the Bluegrass REALTORS® MLS as the SLCR MLS will become read/edit only (meaning new listings cannot be added and current listings will not be searchable or syndicated, only historical data will be available). In addition, contacts will need to be exported from the SLCR MLS and imported into the Bluegrass REALTORS® MLS (click here for instructions on how to import contacts or watch this video) . Exporting contacts can be done from the contact management screen and selecting "Advanced" on the right hand side.). Searches and subscriptions will also need to be reconfigured within the Bluegrass REALTORS® MLS system.
When entering your listings in Bluegrass REALTORS® MLS you may find that some of the subidvisions, zip codes and schools in the SLCR area are missing. If you come accross a missing field please email help@lbar.com or call Bluegrass REALTORS® directly and we will get them added.
Note: when adding a listing to Bluegrass REALTORS® MLS, you can backdate the listing up to one year (with SCLR MLS, this was limited to 3 days). If you have questions about this function, please contact Bluegrass REALTORS® directly.
Please continue to keep using your SentriLock boxes and keys for now. The process on how you assign your lockbox to your listing will change and that will be addressed in a future communication. When adding a listing to Bluegrass REALTORS®, please make note in the agent remarks that you are using a SentriLock box.
If you require a Supra key for access to Bluegrass REALTORS® listings please contact Bluegrass REALTORS® staff during office hours for assistance. These can be issued on an as needed basis.
IDX Rules and Getting Your Feed Set-Up
All IDX vendors have been notified of SLCR members joining Bluegrass REALTORS® and have been sent new credentials. The SLCR RETS feed will be shut off on August 15 and at that time all IDX feeds will need to be switched over completely to the Bluegrass REALTORS® feed. If you are having any trouble confirming the transition with your IDX vendor, please contact Bluegrass REALTORS®. You can find a list of the rules along with the agreement that must be signed in order to have IDX added to your website. Once you read the rules and complete the agreement, you will need to contact Bluegrass REALTORS® at 859.276.3503 or email help@lbar.com to have the links sent to you.
Bluegrass REALTORS® offers a host of forms needed to conduct business - for buyers, sellers, rent/lease and more. Forms can also be accessed through Dotloop.
As a member of the association, you have Dotloop premium account level.Click hereto learn how to link to Bluegrass REALTORS®. You will need your NRDS number and have to confirm that your last name and NRDS are entered in your Settings page.
As a member benefit, you are provided complimentary access to the PVA/tax records for several counties throughout the jurisdiction. You should receive an email from beacon@schneidercorp.com with instructions and links to establish your account and gain access to tax records.
Bluegrass REALTORS® provides a wide selection of KREC approved education courses for members to fulfill all state mandated credits - both virtually and in-person. This includes numerous continuous education (CE), PLE (post-licensing education), designation/certification and Core classes - online, live web and classroom options. Most of the CE and PLE courses are provided to members as part of membership dues.
A comprehensive monthly recap of housing data and analysis is available along with a press release and various infographics that can be used in social media and posted to your social channels.
