PLE courses are required to be real estate specific, to provide practical knowledge of the brokerage business; to protect the public interest and must be practicum based. Course topics that will meet both the 32 mandatory hours and the 16 elective hours are approved by KREC.
In order for a licensee to receive Post-License Education (PLE) credit for a course, the course must be approved by KREC for PLE credit.
Download the PLE Course Tracking Chart for personal use to assist in keeping track of your PLE requirements. KREC will not accept the chart as proof of completion for any courses. The Commission only accepts proof of course completion from its approved education providers.
