Young Professionals Network

The Bluegrass REALTORS® Young Professionals Network (YPN), formerly YRB, helps real estate practitioners become more business savvy by hosting regular networking events, communicating with other YPN members, and sharing tips and tricks. And when we say young, we mean young at heart or young in the business or both - this group is open to all members. Bluegrass REALTORS®'s chapter was established in 2009 and was named NAR's "Medium Chapter of the Year" in 2014. And, membership with YPN is free!

YPN will be volunteering at a variety of organizations throughout 2026.

Highlights of YPN:

• Quarterly Lunch & Learns with topics to help build your business
• Networking through social events like Keeneland and UK football tailgates, Kick-off parties and more
• Support of charities like Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House, Catholic Action Center
• Fundraising opportunities to help resource centers, domestic violence agencies and more

Want to volunteer with YPN?
The YPN committee schedules several community service projects each year. For 2024, the group will be assisting a variety of organizations throughout the year. These include one day every other month - schedule and sign-up above. There are also several outreach activities throughout the year including the Shamrock Shuffle and Realtor Ring Day that members can get involved with if they choose.

YPN of the Year Award

The YPN of the Year Award recognizes individuals or organizations that support the YPN program throughout the year by giving of their time, involvement in the various programs and classes offered, attendance at events, etc. as a way to elevate the status of the program within the Association. The award signifies appreciation for the dedication shown for going above and beyond to bring awareness of YPN to the membership.
