The 2025 event will be a masquerade theme and feature entertainment, food, drinks and more.
All proceeds will benefit the housing needs of the Bluegrass through home rehabilitation for the elderly, homeownership counseling for potential homebuyers, and installation of access ramps for those with physical limitations and mobility issues.

The Community Housing Charity Gala was created to support not-for-profit organizations working in central Kentucky who exist to support those suffering from housing insecurity, as well as educate those who can help end the affordable housing crisis in this area. Join us for the fourth annual gala to celebrate the work they’ve done thus far – and help us contribute to their continued efforts in providing central Kentucky residents education, housing options and support.
The 2025 recipient of the event proceeds is the Realtor-Community Housing Foundation.
Seating is available with sponsor packages. Limited individual seats will be available. All efforts will be made to seat guests with their preferences in close proximity. Please note any preferences on your reservation.
